Quality pizza, timely service, no frills! I placed an order from atlas for 2 large pizzas for pickup. In 20 minutes they were ready to go. I noticed there were no tables inside, but I can appreciate their vibe is simply for pick up! They get 10/10 in my book for having plenty of parking in what would be an otherwise busy spot! Will def be going back!
What can I say, this place is the best in the city. I've been coming here for as long as I can remember, and that's a long time. We won't get into how old I am, but let's just say it's a been a few decades. I have yet to find/taste another pizza that matches Atlas across many states and pizza parlors. Great food, consistent, and reasonable prices. I would recommend 100 times over!
Does not look like a fancy restaurant when you walk by, but it is really good. There is no only pizza, but garlic bread, with pasta and more. The pizza is amazing! There is a lot of room to do stuff, and it is mostly never packed. You can dine-in, and there is a vending machine for beverages. The bathroom is in the back of the place, and there is not much lights in the back. There is nothing wrong with the bathrooms, it is just that it is a bit creepy in the back. You have to go down a hallway and then turn to the bathroom.
It had been many years since coming here so I decided to give them a try! Pretty simple order... Mushroom and Onion Pizza and a Ham & Cheese Grinder. Pizza was good, not greasy at all and the grinder was neatly made and tasted yummy too! (I only wish there hadn't been so much gooey cheese on it. Was it liquid cheese? I don't know, just different) I forgot to take a pic of the grinder!!! I was too hungry! Hahaha
Atlas pizza is one of the very first pizza shops around. My parents would come here as teenagers to hangout and chow down. This place was and is still a household name in the city. They are THE best in town. They are true to the core with the quality they put in their pizzas. John, Mary, and their son Louie are the captains of this vessel, and have been here for nearly 40 years perfecting their craft. I worked here when I was a youngin' and seen the work that goes into their food. They are not perfect, but believe me they make good pizza and grinders. Check it out
